The Transmission Electron Microscopys(TEM) are scientific instruments which use the electrons as light sources to examine objects on a very fine scale They operate at the same basic principles of the light microscopys; however, as the electrons' wavelength is much lower than the light, it is possible to get a resolution thousand times better than a light microscopy.
